Access is not wired up yet. Two options, depending on how much you want to maintain:
Simple — protect this route with Cloudflare Access or a shared password and host the files in the repo or a Drive folder. No accounts to manage.
Full — per-singer logins, attendance and file tracking. That is where a Convex backend earns its place.
